Pre-Delivery Returns and Cancellations:

  1. Order Modifications and Cancellations: If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that order modifications or cancellations may not be possible if the items have already been shipped.

Post-Delivery Returns and Exchanges:

      1. Quality Assurance: Our product quality assuranceIf, however, you receive a defective or damaged suit,please contact our customer support team within 72 hours of receiving the item. We may request supporting evidence, such as clear photographs, to assess the issue.

      2. Incorrect Item or Variation: In the event that you receive an incorrect item or a variation that does not match your order, please contact us within 10-15 days of delivery. We will arrange for the return or exchange of the item and cover any associated shipping costs.

      3. Change of Mind Returns: If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the item within10 days of delivery.
        The item must be:
        Proof of Purchase is provided
        Our product must be returned to us in its original condition which means it must be: with tags intact, unworn, unwashed or dry cleaned, in its original visual and scented condition. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

      4. Replace size:
        We provide the corresponding size chart, please refer to the size chart before placing an order. We are also happy to offer an exchange if the size does not fit due to personal reasons, to initiate an exchange please follow the instructions below:
        Contact our customer support team to request a replacement, prorated for shipping
        Pack the set securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
        Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided by our customer support team.
      5. Customized or altered suits cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are tailored specifically to your measurements.

Return process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
* Within 10-15 days of receipt, Send order number and return request to our customer service email info@loloblom.com

Provide photos of product received and reason for return

* After we confirm receipt of your return request, we will provide you with return address information.
* Please include order number, name, and reason for return in the return package.
* Please note that if the item is damaged/missing, we are responsible for the shipping fee; if you need to return the item for personal reasons, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund method:

1.Credit Card /Debit Card Payments

If you made a purchase using a credit card/ Debit Card and are eligible for a refund, we will process the refund to the same credit card / Debit Card used for the original transaction. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect on your credit card/ Debit Card  statement may vary depending on the policies and processing times of your card issuer.Please note that depending on your card issuer, it may take 1-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card /Debit Card  statement.

2.PayPal Payments:

If you paid for your order using PayPal and are eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed back to your PayPal account. Once the refund is initiated, it may take 1-3 business days for PayPal to process the refund and for the funds to be available in your account. The exact timing of the refund's availability is subject to PayPal's policies and procedures.

3.Other Payment Methods:

If you used an alternative payment method not mentioned above, such as a digital wallet or bank transfer, please contact our customer support team for assistance regarding your refund. We will work with you to find a suitable solution and provide you with the necessary refund information based on the specific payment method used.

  • Shipping and handling charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
