  • Time Limit: Please request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.

  • Proof of Purchase: Provide your order number and purchase receipt.

    • Reason for return

    • Photos of the received package and product

     

  • Approval: We will review your request within 2 business days. Once approved, we will provide the return address via email.

  • Return Item: Ship the item to the provided address and keep the tracking number for reference.

3. Refund Process

  • Confirmation: We will initiate the refund process once the returned item is received and confirmed to meet the conditions.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment platform.

  • Refund Amount: The refund will cover the item’s purchase price, excluding shipping costs (unless the return is due to a quality issue).

4. Special Cases

  • Quality Issues: If the item has a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.

  • Wrong Item Shipped: If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping and resend the correct item or issue a refund.
